Teaching Stokes' theorem to mathematicians, physicists and engineers
Engineers and physicists need to know the classical Stokes' theorem and related results. Mathematicians need to know the general form of Stokes's theorem and how it relates to the classical versions. Enriched forms of interactivity teacher-student, as for example Maple TA exercises, should be the means by which teachers can manage that most students acquire an integrated knowledge of the integro-differential calculus of several variables and the conditions for its applicability. Our Stokes' banks of Maple TA exercises are meant and designed to help accomplish these goals.
